How do I know if I have won?

You can see draw results through your ticket Retailer, or at the Golotto website. If you win on Golotto the account you hold with the ticket Retailer will automatically be credited with your winnings.

How can I be sure I will receive my winnings from Golotto?

Prizes will be automatically credited to your account by your ticket Retailer and are reflected in the winnings balance. The jackpot prizes are insured via Arthur J. Gallagher (UK) Limited, a Lloyd's broker, and prepaid player tickets cover all other prizes.
